Why Are There Fleas? is maintained by the poster’s daughter, but all posts are written by TheCicadaLady.
This could be considered a follow up to Cancer Sucks and So Do You, though the mood here is more lighthearted, I think.
Update 1/23/15: TheCicadaLady passed away after a long battle with cancer on January 5th, 2015, shortly before 1AM. She passed at home, with her favorite cat in bed with her, just as she wanted to. This blog will remain online, but unlikely updated unless her daughter finds some particularly funny emails by TheCicadaLady to share.
